Dr. Tiffany Bridgewater

Dr. Tiffany L. Bridgewater is an experienced leader, facilitator, and speaker. She has long worked to develop policies and procedures that support the academic and social-emotional needs of students of color. Dr. Bridgewater is active in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion work within schools and organizations around the country. Tiffany has maintained a national presence in DEI, serving in various roles throughout her career. She has served as a co-chair for the NAIS People of Color Conference. Tiffany has also served on the AISGW Diversity Council and is a frequent presenter for the Association of Independent Maryland & DC Schools. In 2019, Dr. Bridgewater was among 21 diversity leaders to receive the DiversityIS Leadership in Diversity Award. Tiffany is also among the forty-seven community leaders selected for the 2021 Bingham Fellow class. A graduate of Fisk University, Dr. Bridgewater earned her B.A. in English, an M.A. in English & Humanities, an M.A. in Education both from Marymount University, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Spalding University. Dr. Bridgewater is currently the Head of Lower School & Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Louisville Collegiate School.
